What information we collect

When you get in touch through this website, we collect only:

  • your name

  • your phone number

  • your email address

Please don't include sensitive details about your health or personal circumstances in the contact form. We can talk about these privately once we're in touch.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange an introductory call or session. The lawful basis is that you've asked us to contact you before any agreement to work together.

We will never use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them with third parties.

How it's stored

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Form submissions are stored securely on its platform. Squarespace may process data outside the UK, and it uses approved safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

If you don't go on to become a client, we delete your enquiry details within [12 months].

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you

  • ask us to correct or delete it

  • object to or restrict how we use it
